How I love to do each task a second time!
Already known to me the logic sublime—
The code's more efficient;
Who care's the time that's spent
Each time I do a task a second time!

And working tasks not twice, but thrice
Feels like picking at a headful of lice—
I pick at the nits
Without any wits.
Till I want to take up some vice!
