Itsy-Bitsy Spider
    Additional versus telling the life of the famous spider.

    The itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout.
    Down came the rain and washed the spider out
    Up came the sun
    and dried up all the fun
    so the itsy-bitsy spider went up the water spout.

    The itsy-bitsy spider was hungry for a bite...
    He weaved himself a web, it took him all the night.
    Along came a boy
    who smashed it with his toy,
    and the itsy-bitsy spider still hungered for a bite.

    The itsy bitsy spider was feeling kinda blue,
    so he sat by a girl who was sitting on a stool
    she looked up from her whey
    and screamed and ran away
    and the itsy-bitsy spider kept feeling kinda blue.

    The itsy-bitsy spider crawled into a dark corner
    There he met a boy who called himself Jack Horner
    The boy was such a mess,
    He had plum juice on his dress
    And the itsy-bitsy spider vacated that dark corner.

    The itsy-bitsy spider climbed in a dirty shoe
    the lady of the shoe tried to put him in a stew
    And all the lady's kids
    Tried to catch him with their lids.
    And the itsy-bitsy spider ran out with much ado.

    The itsy-bitsy spider sat high up on a wall
    Feeling somewhat tired, he stretched and caused a fall
    He watched how they came
    The horses and the men
    And the itsy-bitsy spider stayed put to watch it all.

    The itsey-bitsy spider crawled in a pile of hay.
    He ran into the boy he'd seen earlier that day.
    The boy was wearing blue,
    And he didn't know what to do
    So the itsy-btisy spider crawled through the pile of hay.

    The itsy-bitsy spider was climbing a well's rope.
    He saw a boy and girl who seemed so full of hope.
    He saw the boy fall down
    and thoguht he'd broke his crown.
    And the itsy bitsy spider kept climbing the well's rope.

    The itsy-bitsy spider crawled through a garden plot.
    Whose prettiness it was, he did not give a thought.
    There were so many shells,
    and even silver bells,
    And the itsy-bitsy spider enjoyed the garden plot.

    The itsy-bitsy spider was walking late one night.
    The things that he saw then gave him such a fright:
    A running dish and spoon,
    Cows flying o'er the moon.
    And the itsy-bitsy spider went running from the sight.

    The itsy-bitsy spider looked up and saw the stars.
    They were full of beauty, he wondered what they were:
    Some diamonds in the sky?
    He smiled and gave a sigh.
    The itsy-bitsy spider liked looking at the stars.

    The itsy-bitsy spider sat by a candlestick.
    Then he saw a boy who was so very quick.
    The boy flew o'er the top,
    and it caused his heart to stop
    So the itsy-bitsy spider hid by the candlestick.

    The itsy-bitsy spider sat perched upon a clock.
    Along came a mouse, who was running up the clock.
    The clock began to chime
    and gaive him a rough time,
    So the itsy-bitsy spider crawled off the crazy clock.

    The itsy-bitsy spider crawled up the chimney flue.
    Down came old Santa, and squashed him with his shoe.
    He set the presents out,
    and flicked off the black spot:
    'twas the itsy-bitsy spider, who was up the chimney flue.

    The itsy-bitsy spider went to the pearly gates.
    Down came Saint Peter to meet him at the gates.
    For arachnids you've been good,
    Please, come join our neighborhood.
    So the itsy-bitsy spider crawled through the pearly gates.
