Round  5  Completed

This last round was the first ever where all games played were recorded and submitted for the website. Take a look at the games on the Round 5 page. Round 6 pairings are available on the Round 6 page. And as always, the current standings after the last round are available on the Standings page.

Game  Recording &  Posting  Offered 

The WLCL will continue with the practice started last year of entering all recorded games into PGN format and posting them to the web-site. This service was well recieved last year and aided several participants in improving thier game. If you wish to have your game so published, all you need to do is ensure that someone records it while you play. PLease note that the WLCL does not encourage people to record thier own game as it may become a detriment to your game, especially if your opponent chooses not to record as well. Instead of requiring all participants to record their moves, the WLCL encourages participant to vonlunteer their services in recording the games of fellow participants. This way, everybody who desires the benefit of viewing their games on the web-site is able.
